The last title of the Festival is an absolute rarity by Jules Massenet, known in Italy for a small part of his substantial repertoire. “The Adorable Bel-Boul” on a libretto by Paul Poirson is in fact completely unknown, and not only in Italy. A delightful one-act operetta from 1873, marking its 150th anniversary. The project will be represented in the evocative setting of the Cloister of San Domenico of the Paolo Grassi Foundation and will be realized in co-production with the Espacio Turina of Seville. On stage the young students of the Accademia del Belcanto “Rodolfo Celletti” directed by Francisco Soriano and Davide Garattini.
